INSPIRATION FOR YOUR WINNING Piece: The blissful feeling of the first sunny days of spring. I draw inspiration from human emotion. My work reflects my efforts to understand my relationship to the world, its people, and how we all relate. It’s my hope that the resultant visual perspective can be absorbed and felt by the viewer as though they were the subject of my piece. I feel I’ve only touched the tip of the iceberg with this subject and I’m excited to keep exploring!

SECOND-CHOICE CAREER: Clinical psychologist.

BEST ADVICE RECEIVED: Slow down and enjoy the moment you’re in.

CREATIVE SPARK: I am inspired by human interactions and relationships—anything having to do with people will get the wheels turning.

ONE THING MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT YOU: I used to be really quiet. That is definitely not the case currently.

BIGGEST FEAR: Failure.
